The first year's savings are almost $7,000. After the grant is applied, your monthly cost is $851, after a one-time $600 onboarding fee.

Year two savings are over $4,000. After the grant, your monthly cost is only $1,095.

This grant honors his life by equipping small centers to do the same.

How to Know If You Qualify

  • Pregnancy centers in rural areas with populations under 30,000 within a 10-mile radius are eligible.

    If you're unsure of your center's population, feel free to estimate and submit your application. We’ll verify the exact population after submission.

     

  • Year 1 is reduced from $1,364/month to $850/month. (Note: there is a one-time onboarding fee of $600) 

    Year 2 participation is optional at $1,050/month.

  • To ensure the success of this grant, participating centers will need to commit to a few key actions. These steps are designed to help your team stay focused on growth goals and fully benefit from the tools and support provided.


    • Board-level commitment to providing the necessary staffing and support to achieve mutually agreed-upon goals, including at least doubling the number of new clients and new AM/AD clients.

    • Executive Director agreement to prioritize implementation and staff engagement.

    • Allow nurses to manage conversations, tag clients, and schedule appointments through the chat widget and HopeSync forms.

    • Monthly reporting on pregnancy tests, ultrasounds, new clients, and AM/AD clients.

    • Quarterly planning calls with 828Collective to refine and improve outreach.

    • Supply referrals to three other small centers who could benefit from this program.

    • A short video testimony within 12 months sharing your experience and impact.

    These commitments allow us to walk with you in real partnership—offering accountability, encouragement, and strategy every step of the way.
